Among the Trees // Beaverton Family Photographer


This mini-session has me grinning ear to ear!  These two little girlies are simply adorable and I just loved capturing their cute smiles–and occasional frowns, haha!  Such a down to earth family and I loved spending this time with them.  I really like mini-sessions this time of year because it’s quick and painless on both parents and kiddos.  It’s what we all need during the holiday season and so I am happy to help out in any way that I can:)

A Practically Perfect Session // Destination Seattle Family Photographer

Photographing another Photographer can always be a little intimidating, but I choose to look at it as an easy break because our expectations on how a session should go are relatively pretty low:)  We understand and embrace that life is messy and unpredictable and how capturing those candid moments are just as important as the perfectly posed.  Tiffany is a rockstar in her field so it’s such a compliment that she chose me to take her family photos.  The most important thing to her was that she was IN them (a rare moment in our profession) and I think we nailed that and then some.  I adore the vast field and gorgeous Fall foliage that truly embrace the season.  I’m going to call this session that included melt downs, chocolate bribes, chasing, and a few tears…Practically Perfect In Every Way.

A Blue Eyed Family Session // Portland Family Photographer

I had no idea that the roses were still in bloom at the International Rose Test Garden and it could not have been more beautiful! I loved meeting this cute family there and really capturing this lovely Fall season in Portland. Their little man just turned 1 years old and he was simply adorable! We got REALLY lucky when a dog passed by to capture his smiling attention for some photos because he was just about as wiggly as they come:)  They are seriously the nicest people ever and I’m so glad Jackie found me and asked me to capture their cute family!  I couldn’t love these photos of them any more. Jackie works as a News Reporter for KATU NEWS in Portland for so make sure to tune in to see her hard at work:)

A Family with a little Country // Portland Family Photographer


This session was absolutely darling!  We met at Columbia Farms on Suavie Island and it was such a perfect backdrop for this cute family to play.  The kiddos were the SWEETEST and so in love with their new baby brother.  I should have counted the kisses that happened just within an hour:)  Everything from the hay bales, the colorful backdrop of dahlias and the flourishing Autumn fields made this session SO dreamy. My favorite part was driving off in my car and then seeing “Elsa” and “Batman” using their powers on Dad.  I slammed on my breaks quick to get that last pictures and I am so happy I did.

An Autumn Babe // Beaverton Newborn Photographer

Baby Victoria stayed wide awake during this indoor/outdoor newborn session and wouldn’t close her eyes for even a second.  Not  that it really mattered, because those wide eyes are enough to melt any heart.  I wanted to capture a darling newborn with the gorgeous Fall foliage that is everywhere in the PNW right now and I’m happy to say I think we did just that!  Now I’m off to drink some hot apple cider and I hope these photos make you want to do the same!
